FAQ's

How much space does the tent need?

The tent itself is 5m x 5m however it does need a minimum 6m x 6m on firm flat ground as the tent needs to be pegged down.

Can you setup in a caravan park or campsite?

Yes, of course, but before you make a booking with me, please book with the caravan park.  All site fees are your responsibility and must be organised directly with the caravan park/campsite.

Can you setup in a public park or beach?

Absolutely, you will just need to contact the local council to book in a spot and let them know you will be erecting a tent 5m x 5m with pegs.  There may be a bond or a small fee for the booking.

Are tents waterproof?

Yes, they are 100% waterproof & are available all year round.

​

Is there a booking fee?

Yes, we require a booking fee of $100. This is to secure your booking date & hire items and acts as a bond.  If everything is returned in the same condition it is hired out in, your booking fee will be returned back to you within 7 days of your packdown date.

 

When do you require payment?

Full payment is required 14 working days prior to the booking date.

Is there a minimum number of nights that we have to book?

Over long weekends and for any booking that is more than 110kms from O'Connor 6163, there is a 2 night minimum.

What areas do you travel to?

We can setup anywhere, really; however, there is a travel fee for any bookings from O'Connor 6163 and a 2 night minimum for bookings over 110km.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the booking date, your booking fee will be forfeited.  If you cancel your booking within 10 days of your booking date, the full payment including deposit will be forfeited. We will try to reschedule your booking where possible to avoid full payment being forfeited.

Do you allow food and drink in the tent?

We do; however, with things like red wine and items that stain, we would like you to use them with caution.

Picnics

FAQ's

Is there a booking fee?

Yes, a $50 booking fee is required to secure your date and  acts as a bond for all hire items.

​

Can a picnic be setup in a park or public area?

Yes, all picnics can be setup in any local that you wish.  You will need to check with the local council around the policies regarding picnics if it is a large group or if you are wanting to book a particular spot.

​

What if we are late for our picnic?

If you do not arrive within 15minutes of the agreed time, your booking will be cancelled with all fees forfeited.  As your picnic may not be the only one booked in for that day, we may be on a tight time schedule and are not able to wait around.

Where do you travel to?

We can setup a picnic anywhere in WA.  For any bookings over 20km from O'Connor 6163, travel fees will apply.

What happens if it rains?

We try to look at any other dry option we have before cancelling; that could be moving the picnic to inside, moving to an undercover area, or someone's living room - really any dry option.

FAQ's

How big are the Teepees?

The teepees are 95x95x130cm - a perfect size for a single mattress.

How big are the single air mattresses?

The air mattress inflated dimensions are185cm (L) x 22cm (H) x 76cm (W) (approx.)

Can the Teepee's be setup outside?

They are an inside setup; however, we can setup under an alfresco area or balcony.

​

Do you have a minimum number of Teepees per booking?

Yes, the minimum is 4 per booking.

​

What ages do you cater for?

We recommend ages 6 & up.

​
